Why You Might Still See a Charge
- The opt-out deadline may have passed — most programs have a deadline set by your institution, and if the opt-out was submitted after that date, the charge may have already been processed
- There may be a short processing delay — sometimes it takes a little time for an opt-out to show up in your billing
- The opt-out may not have completed successfully — check your email for a confirmation from BibliU; if you didn't receive one, it's possible it didn't go through
Here's What to Do
- Check for a confirmation email — a successful opt-out always generates a confirmation. If you don't see one, reach out and we can check on your status!
- Check the opt-out deadline — your institution's bookstore or bursar's office can confirm the deadline for your term
- Contact your institution — billing adjustments are typically handled directly by your institution, so they're the best first point of contact for any charge corrections
