Why this matters
Status tracking is how you confirm your adoption will actually be delivered to students before the term begins.
Before you start
- Have at least one adoption submitted to the Booklist tab.
- Know what each status label means (see the table below).
Step-by-step Instructions
Method 1: Course page status
Quick-audit course-level completeness check. It answers one question: "Does this course have anything submitted?
- Go to the BibliU Adoption tool.
- Click the Courses tab.
-
Review the "Status" column for each course:
- Submitted - At least one adoption has been submitted for this course.
- Not Needed - This course has been marked as "No adoptions needed."
- Missing - No adoption has been submitted and the course has not been marked as "No adoptions needed."
- Click the three dots in the Actions column to edit and then click confirm.
- Click Download Course Data to export and filter a large course list.
Method 2: Booklist page status
Material-level fulfillment tracker. Once a request is submitted, these statuses reflect where BibliU is in processing it.
- Go to the BibliU Adoption tool.
- Click the Booklist tab.
- Review the Status column for each course (see "Status label cheat-sheet" below).
- Click the three dots in the "Actions" column to edit and then click confirm.
