Why this matters
The Courses tab is the single view that shows whether every course you're responsible for has a confirmed adoption. This is the cleanest way to spot gaps before term start.
Before you start
- You're a department admin or faculty member responsible for one or more courses.
- Know which term(s) you're reviewing.
Step-by-step Instructions
- Open the "Courses tab" to see all semesters at a glance.
- Spot "Submitted:" Does the course have at least one adoption submitted?
- Spot "Not Needed:" Is the course listed, but it doesn't have any materials so it is listed as "No adoptions needed?"
- Spot "Missing:" Is the course listed, but should be listed as "No adoptions needed" or does an course material need to be added?
- Important: Follow up on every Missing course to close the gap before the term begins.
