Don't worry — this is one of the most common questions we get, and it's almost always a quick fix! If your textbook or course material isn't showing up in your BibliU library, here are a few things to try.
Why Your Book May Not Be Showing
- Your institution or instructor hasn't made the material available just yet — it may be coming soon!
- Your access hasn't been activated yet (this is common with access code or Flat Fee Billing programs)
- You might be logged in with a different account than the one linked to your course
- There may be a brief sync delay after enrollment — sometimes it just needs a moment to catch up
Steps to Try First
- Log out and log back in — this refreshes your library and is often all it takes!
- Check your email — look for a BibliU welcome or activation email that may include a link or access code you still need to use
- Confirm your login — make sure you're using the email address associated with your course enrollment (usually your institution email, not a personal one)
- Try a different browser or the BibliU desktop app — sometimes a quick switch is all you need
