How do I access my books?
Your training provider will purchase and organise access to your learning materials. These will be
hosted on your BibliU digital bookshelf, but before they appear, you first need to redeem your
licence.
Your training provider will send you an eBook access invitation via email. You need to follow the
‘Redeem your licence’ link the first time you wish to access your eBook:
After you have clicked this link, you will be asked to Login or Register to ICAEW:
Log in using your ICAEW credentials – those that you use to log into your ICAEW training file and ICAEW.com. This will ensure you have access to your learning materials during any relevant exams.
You will be shown which account you are logged in to before you redeem your licence – please take the time to check this to ensure you are using the correct details.
To access your digital learning materials after you have redeemed your licence, simply login to BibliU, selecting ICAEW from the drop down list if required.
How do I login to BibliU?
If you want to log into our app, instead of entering your email address or requesting a password reset, please log in via the 'Through your university / institution' section. We've provided a detailed step-by-step guide below for your easy reference:
- Go to https://bibliu.com/app/#/signinPage
- Just under the 'Through your university / institution', click the drop-down arrow to find ICAEW
- Select ICAEW and click on the Next button
- This will direct you to ICAEW's authentication environment where you then have to enter your e-mail address and password
Alternatively, you can copy and paste this link (bibliu.com/users/saml/icaew) into your browser to access your e-books in the app.
Also, if your tuition provider is found on the list below, feel free to use these login steps above so you can access your account without any issues.
- Kaplan
- BPP
- First Intuition
- Deloitte
I cannot find my ‘eBook access invitation’ – can you resend it?
Please search your inbox and the junk folder for an email titled ‘eBook access invitation’ and sent from Digital.learningmaterials@icaew.com. Please be aware that if your training provider has multiple email addresses that they use to contact you, you will need to search across these multiple email accounts. If you cannot find this email in any of your email accounts, in the first instance please contact your training provider who will be able to organise access for you.
My books are missing after I redeemed my license – what do I do?
In case you can't see your book in your library, you need to check first if you purchased this book for yourself or via a partner.
-
For individual purchasers -
- Please provide us with your Order Number (
LM-xxxxx) via email at support@bibliu.com so we can escalate this to ICAEW for further checking.
- Please provide us with your Order Number (
-
For students under an ICAEW partner -
- You need to determine which partner (BPP, Kaplan, First Intuition, etc.) issues your books.
- Check if you already received an email with the subject line 'eBook access invitation'.
- If yes, click on the "Redeem your license" button and the title should appear on your library after doing this. (Note: If you encountered an error message after doing this, please send us a screenshot of the error message you've received at support@bibliu.com for further checking.)
- If not, access to your ebooks is organized and administered by the training provider where you've purchased your book. Kindly approach them to find out when they will be assigning you your materials.
- Some of the books are already added on your library and may have been buried down due to library capacity, if that is the case, easiest way to look for your books is to do a quick search from your library.
- At times, there are delays to the service, in this case you can try the following steps:
- Log out of the bookshelf (click on the cogwheel in the top right-hand corner and select ‘Sign out’)
- Open up the Chrome browser and a new incognito tab
- Paste this into the browser:
bibliu.com/users/saml/icaew - Login using the exact same account details you used when initially redeeming your license
- If you have already redeemed your licence, and subsequently login in to BibliU to find your books are not there, this may be because you are logging in to BibliU with the wrong account details. Please logout of BibliU and log back in with the same account you used to initially redeem the licence. If, after logging in and out of BibliU, and trying different accounts, you still have difficulty accessing your learning materials, please contact student support: studentsupport@icaew.com
I am getting an error when I redeemed my license – what should I do?
Please try going into your ICAEW student account and re-entering your email address on your student record. You can then try clicking the link again to redeem the license a few hours later, once the update has had time to feed through to the ICAEW systems.
Can I print the pages of my book?
ICAEW does not allow any portion of the book to be printed at all (0% print allowance) which explains why the"Save to PDF" button is unavailable for your book/s. For more information about this, you may check out this help article: Why is there a print limit?
Requesting Credentials
Unfortunately, ICAEW anonymises their user's email address in the app so we can't see the log-in credentials you used to log into our system. However, as BibliU utilizes Single Sign-On environment and uses your ICAEW credentials to log you on, you only need to remember (or retrieve) these details to log in.
If this is something you are uncertain of, I kindly suggest getting in touch with ICAEW Student Support at studentsupport@icaew.com for further assistance.
