If you are a student and purchased your book under an ICAEW partner (for example: BPP, Kaplan, First Intuition, etc.), you need to check if you have already received an email with the subject line 'eBook access invitation'. The email can look like this.
To access your book, click the "Redeem your licence" button and the title should automatically appear in your library after doing this step.
There may be instances where after clicking the Redeem your licence" button, you will encounter an error message like this below.
When this happens, please try going into your ICAEW student account and re-entering your email address on your student record. You can then try clicking the link again to redeem the license a few hours later, once the update has had time to feed through to the ICAEW systems.
Possibly, you can also receive an error message like this.
We need the following details so we can escalate this to ICAEW for further checking. Feel free to send these details via support@bibliu.com.
- Your full name
- Your email address (or email addresses - if you have a work and a personal address)
- The email address your ICAEW student account is registered with
-
Please provide us with your Unique Identifier in the app. You can find detailed instructions on how to obtain this detail on: Sharing your Unique Identifier with Support.
- The title or URL of the book you are trying to access.
- The screenshot of the error message you have received.
- The copy (not a screenshot) of the email you received, with the subject line 'eBook access invitation'.
