Through your University - Single Sign On

If you log in through your university's single sign on in the list available here, you don't have a specific password set with BibliU. You can use your existing university login credentials to access the platform and do not need to reset your password. (How convenient is that?!) 

Accessed via Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Sakai, LoudCloud or any other LMS

You will need to "reset your password" and set a new password for BibliU. You can do that by going here and clicking on 'Forgot your password?' and inserting your university email address.

You'll receive a link in your university email account where you can go and fill in your password.

Escalating the Issue

If you are still having difficulties resetting your password, please contact us at support@bibliu.com and provide the following details so we can start investigating your concern:

• your institution or university
• your email address
• a screen-recording video of the issue or screenshots of the error (if possible)
