Campus eBookstore FAQs

If you purchased your book through any of the booksellers listed below, please log into BibliU by choosing Campus eBookstore (CEI) among the dropdown options under 'Through your university/institution'.

Logging into BibliU for the first time

There are two main ways in which you might have purchased your book:

• You may have purchased it directly online through the adoption page of your campus bookseller.
• You may have physically purchased a shelf-card from the bookstore to use to log into CEI and redeem your code.

Through either option, you will have needed to create an account with CEI. Please take note of your email address and password when creating this account.

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Purchase the book from an e-commerce bookstore OR redeem your book through an access code.
2. You will then receive a link through which you will be asked to create an account. Please take note of your email address and password when creating this account.
3. You will then receive an email containing instructions on how you can access your e-book.
1. Go to campusebookstore.com
2. Log-in using the exact same email address and password you used when creating your Campus eBookstore account
3. Choose "My Ebooks" from the left side of the page.
4. Click on View Ebook and you will be taken to BibliU. Using the same email and password - you can access the ebook/s purchased.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Signing In

 In case you are brought back to BibliU's sign-in page and asked to choose a university/institution, please make sure to select CEI Campus eBookstore. This will direct you to CEI's authentication environment where you then have to enter the same email address and password you used when creating your Campus eBookstore account.

Please do NOT choose the option ‘Use BibliU account’.

• Password Reset Requests

As BibliU uses Campus eBookstore's Single Sign-On (SSO) environment to authenticate users, you have to get in touch with their support team (support@campusebookstore.com) to assist you on your password reset request.

Once they have successfully reset your password, you can easily log back in by using this link bibliu.com/users/saml/samlCEI and entering the your email address and your new password. 

• Missing Book

Based on our previous reports of the same issue from other users, the reason why a book is not appearing is because a user potentially used multiple email addresses to register. This might be the case for you as well. Please could you try logging in using a different email you might have used when you purchased the books? Feel free to use this link bibliu.com/users/saml/samlCEI  when logging in to your Campus eBookstore account. 

• Receipt requests

If you need a copy of the receipt or invoice for your book purchase, please reach out directly to the bookseller from where you purchased your e-book.

Should you have any further questions about receipts, please reach out to support@campusebookstore.com .

• Refunds

Kindly be informed that publisher refund requests are made via the bookseller indicated on your receipt. Per CEI - as noted at the time of purchase, many items are not refundable. Regardless of how the book was purchased, the refund process starts from the seller noted on the receipt.
