Help Button

We have a Support Contact Box that you can find when you are logged in to BibliU, which features help guides and instant chat. The help menu is set up to help bring you a wealth of resources straight to your fingertips so you won't always need to send an email and wait for a response. Depending on the device you are trying to access help from, there are two ways you can launch the help menu:

• On a regular desktop screen, click on the green 'Support' button located at the bottom of the screen

• On smaller devices and mobiles, you can launch it by clicking on the 'Question Mark' icon at the top of the screen

The chat feature offers you the ability to talk to one of our team members in Customer Support directly - 24/7 with no need to wait for an email response. If one of the team is not available, the chat will not activate and you can fill in Contact form with your name, email and query so we can get back to you as soon as possible. 

We have now built in a search function giving you easy, direct access to our user guide library designed to answer our most frequently asked questions. These guides open up in the help menu and display all of the demos and text, so you do not need to open a new tab to view them. There are guides on everything from 'How to log in' to 'How to download offline content on our apps'. Just type in a keyword to the menu and it will suggest the best and most relevant article.

Roadmap and Requests

Our app is built for students by students. We would love to hear how we can improve your learning experience and always welcome new ideas and requests. By clicking on the rocket icon on the BibliU home page, you are able to submit ideas and leave comments. Here, you can also up-vote comments from other users and view a roadmap of upcoming features that will soon be available.
