We want your reading experience to be as smooth as possible! If something looks off — missing images, unusual fonts, or pages not loading — here are some quick things to try.
Text Looks Garbled or Fonts Seem Wrong
Try switching between publisher layout and reflowable text view in the BibliU reader. For some titles, one view renders much more cleanly depending on your device — it's a great quick fix!
Images or Diagrams Are Missing
Try refreshing the page or switching to a stronger network. Images can sometimes be slow to load on a weaker connection. If it keeps happening, it may be a content packaging issue on the publisher's side — and we're happy to follow up on that for you.
Page Layout Looks Broken or Overlapping
Clear your browser cache and reload the page. You can also try adjusting your browser zoom level — some layouts are a little sensitive to that. If you're on the desktop app, a quick close and reopen usually does the trick!
Pages Not Loading or Stuck on a Spinner
Check your internet connection first, then try a different browser or switch between the web app and desktop app. This usually resolves it!
