In order to create inspection copy links, first you will need to access to the 'Inspection Copies' section of the BibliU admin dashboard. Once this has been granted, you will have the option to add a new code.
Clicking on this button will reveal input fields under the ones displayed on the screen where you can add the information to create the inspection copy link.
Fill out the name and email address of the person that you are creating the inspection copy link for. You will need to add an expiry date for the link as well as including the name of the plan that the inspection copy link should provide access to.
Once the link has been created, you will have the option to either copy the link, meaning you will be free to share it with the person that it was intended for or delete the link if it is no longer required.
When an inspection copy link is clicked, it creates a user interface which shows when it was used and when it has expired. If the plan id relates to a collection of titles, the link will direct the user to the library page. If the plan relates to a single title then the link will enable to open that book directly.
Inspection copy links should be used in a desktop web browser for best results, please pass this information on to the link user when it is sent over.
